How credits work
1 credit = 1 minute of video or audio processed by TONTRIA. Every clip, caption and format produced from that minute is included. There is no maximum video length: you can process as many minutes as you have credits.
- A 20-minute live session → about 20 credits, for all the clips it produces.
- A 3½-minute song for a lyric video → about 4 credits.
- Editing, changing captions and exporting again → free.

Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Credits measure processing: 1 credit = 1 minute of video or audio processed. A 20-minute live session uses about 20 credits; a 3½-minute song for a lyric video uses about 4. Editing and re-exporting is free.
Does editing or exporting again use credits?
No. Credits are only used when new video or audio is processed. Changing captions, fonts or the edit, and exporting again, is free.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy an extra pack of 100 credits for USD 10 at any time, or move to a plan with more monthly credits.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards from anywhere in the world. Prices are in US dollars.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly costs about 30% less: Creator USD 7 a month, Pro USD 14 a month and Label USD 69 a month, billed once a year.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can change plan from your account. Upgrades start right away: you pay the difference and the new plan’s monthly credits replace the ones left this month. Downgrades start at the end of the period you already paid for. Monthly credits don’t roll over; extra credits stay. The terms of each plan are detailed in the terms of service.
Which plan is right for a label?
The Label plan includes 1,500 credits a month, up to 5 team members, multiple artist brand kits and priority support. If you need more seats or credits, write to us at tontria.ai@gmail.com.
